Scouts from 16 counties will unite in one place to showcase their Scouting skills. Meet leaders and Scouts from your neighborhood. Sample the amazing dutch oven creations and other delicacies in the outdoor cooking area. Visit the midway with over 60 experts representing merit badges. Watch demonstrations, interact with participating booths from our community partners...pick up free offers and information with bags compliments of REI.
Get ready to earn money for your unit through Coupon Book sales and to demonstrate your unit's Scouting skills at a Scout Fair booth.

- Sign up is open NOW
- Sales start February 10
- Each unit can sign up for up to 4 slots
- Sign up at Kroger sign-up page
Turn-In Deadlines:
- Thursday, February 23, 2012: 5% Extra Commission
- Thursday, March 22, 2012: 3% Extra Commission
- Thursday, April 5, 2012: 1% Extra Commission
FINAL TURN-IN & CLOSE OUT DATE to receive commission check at SCOUT FAIR - Saturday, April 14, 2012: Scout Fair
All units MUST close by Scout Fair day to receive full commissions.
Participation
By participating at Scout Fair AND selling Scout Fair Coupon Booklets, your unit can receive a commission of 40%.
Key Dates:
- Sunday, April 1, 2012: Deadline to register for booth participation
- Friday, April 13, 2012 (6:00PM-9:00PM): Booth setup
- Saturday, April 14, 2012 (8:00AM-10:00AM): Booth setup
- Saturday, April 14, 2012 (10:00AM-4:00PM): Scout Fair
